Limited Warranty Coverage

Xtreme Plasma Tables warrants to the original purchaser that its plasma table products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the following periods:

• Electrical Components: Three (3) Years from the date of purchase
• Mechanical Components: One (1) Year from the date of purchase
• Included PC, Monitor, Keyboard, and Mouse: One (1) Year Manufacturer Warranty

The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase and applies only to the original purchaser. Warranty coverage is non-transferable.

The PC, monitor, keyboard, and mouse are covered under their respective manufacturer’s warranty and are subject to that manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

What Is Covered

During the applicable warranty period, Xtreme Plasma Tables will, at its discretion:

• Repair defective components, or
• Replace defective components with new or refurbished parts of equal value

Repairs or replacements will be provided at no charge for parts covered under this warranty. Labor, travel, and shipping costs may apply unless otherwise stated in writing.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Misuse, abuse, or neglect
• Improper installation or improper operation
• Unauthorised modifications or repairs
• Damage caused by accidents, power surges, or external factors
• Normal wear and tear
• Consumable parts
• Damage caused by failure to perform routine maintenance

Any product found to have been used outside its intended purpose will void this warranty.

Warranty Claim Procedure

To initiate a warranty claim:

1. Contact Xtreme Plasma Tables with your model and serial number.
2. Provide proof of purchase.
3. Describe the issue in detail.

Xtreme Plasma Tables reserves the right to inspect or request return of defective components before approving warranty claims.

Limitation of Liability

Xtreme Plasma Tables shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of business, loss of profits, or downtime.

This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided and replaces all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
